I HIGHLY encourage all of our distance runners to consider attending this camp.  

You will get to run and hang out with over 100 other Jr. High and High School runners, as well as current and former EIU runners;  you will learn from the best high school and college coaches.

There is a 5k race at the end of the week.

You will get a cool t-shirt.

You can swim everyday.  You will play running-related games:  Capture the Flag; Dodgeball/ Ultimate Frisbee, etc.  There is usually a dance/DJ at the end of the week.

You will leave this camp a changed runner.  I went to it in high school and I left it a more dedicated, passionate runner.  

Coach Derks will be there all week as one of the camp coaches/speakers.

Cost:  $335 (includes all meals & lodging)
