Entry Fee:  $5.00 per athlete on the roster + $5.00 per relay team entered.  There is a $20 minimum for less than 4 athletes.

Substitutions can ONLY be made with a note from a doctor/school administrator, AND that the athlete has to be on their submitted roster.
