Dr. Brian Damhoff DC MS is in his 6th year of coaching at Plainfield North. He is the current Plainfield North jumps coach. Dr. Damhoff competed collegiately at Lewis University specializing in long jump. He is the owner of Elite Performance Institute in Naperville, IL. He has a doctorate of chiropractic, a masters in sports rehabilitation, bachelors in both human biology and biology and is full body certified in Active Release Techniques (ART). Previously he coached track and field at Parkway West High School (3 years) in Chesterfield, MO and Fulton High School (1 year) in Fulton, IL. He also has funny jokes, sometimes.
