Get your physical!!

Reminder: you need to get regisered through the PNHS Athletic Dept for XC if you haven't already done so. Go to PNHS athletics website. Also, you need to have a recent athletic physical on file with the athletic office. If you haven't scheduled one yet, you can get one at PNHS on MONDAY NIGHT FROM 5:00 - 7:00pm.
