Ian Morrison (Fr)

Freshman Ian Morrison won his heat of the Open 1600m at the PNTRACK.COM Invite, running a huge PR of 5:20.  Ian is quickly becoming a freshman d-crew member to watch, as he has two heat wins in a row (also winning his heat and placing 2nd overall in the FS City Champs)

Ryan Walczak (Jr)

Ryan earns his 2nd #COW award of the season for his brilliant 3200m race at the PNTRACK.COM Invite, placing 2nd overall and breaking 11:00 for the first time-  10:29.  Ryan negative split his race, going 5:18-5:11.  While not a big fan of the event, Ryan took one for the team and showed that he is quickly emerging as one of the top members of the Distance Crew.
